**JOB SUMMARY**:
Work related to the supervision, coordination, and evaluation of Inventory processes based on Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and customer needs.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Monitoring Inbound and Outbound WMS.
- Item Category Planner (ABC analysis class)
- Monitoring WMS vs Physic no discrepency
- Understand the daily cycle count process
- Planner Daily Cycle Count Method
- Reporting Cycle Count results
- Planner Warehouse Occupancy
- Planner Team Inventory
- Inventory Reconciliation
- Reporting Inventory Performance
- Planner Stock Take
- Perform work in accordance with applicable SOPs, HSE principles, and 5S principles
- Perform reconciliation of SOH
- Create Key Performance Indicators
- Ensure the DCC process runs according to SOP
- Ensure the stock accuracy of WMS & SAP in accordance with the Physical
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Minimum Diploma 3 (three)
- Min. 2 years experience as Warehouse Supervisor
- At least 3 years experience in logistics industry, preferable in WH & distribution operation.
- Good communication skills
- Team work and good relationship
- Analysis and problem solving
- MS Office is mainly Ms. Excel
- WMS (Warehouse Management System) and SAP is a must
- Capable to communicate in English.
- Know the flow of administration and operations in the warehouse
- Experience in Mining or Oil&Gas is a plus.
