Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing effective marketing strategies to achieve the company's business objectives.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, including providing direction, development, and motivation to team members to achieve marketing targets.
- Manage the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events, ensuring brand message quality and consistency.
- Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Return on Investment (ROI), and deliver regular reports to management.
- Interact with internal and external business partners, such as sales teams, advertising agencies, suppliers, and customers, to ensure effective collaboration in achieving marketing objectives.
- Plan and manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring proper allocation for various marketing initiatives and monitoring expenditures according to the plan.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in managerial or supervisory positions.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in using data analysis tools and interpreting market research results.
- Good leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and direct teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Good multitasking abilities and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Good understanding of digital marketing technology and social media platforms.
- Creative, innovative, and able to think strategically in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
