Role Description

This is a full-time Operations Manager role based on-site at our Surabaya location. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day business operations, including logistics, inventory management, procurement, customer service, and team leadership. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and continuous process improvement.

**Qualifications**:
Experience in operations management, logistics, and supply chain

Knowledge of procurement and inventory management

Leadership and team management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

Experience in the food industry is desirable

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Gaji: Rp5.000.000 - Rp6.000.000 per bulan
