Responsible for the execution and monitoring of production activity in all aspects, includes compliance, schedule, manpower, safety, process readiness, as well as projects.
1. Managing production activity, in regards to daily production output (yield, cycle time, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)), prepare related document (Batch Card, Standard Operational Procedure (SOP), Work Instruction), control and execute training/skill assessment for operator and observe skill in line, and provides detailed and valid procedures of setting, running and challenge test of all machineries.
2. Execute and monitor project in production area, by developing improvements to achieve the key performance indicators (KPI), performs trouble shooting for any issues in documentation, materials and machineries and coordinate with related department, and support investigation/reporting.
3. Monitor production activity, ensure complience to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) requirement, ensure all rooms, documents, equipment, machineries and manpower are ready for production process, monitor implementation of 5S, and analyse the production output.
