Supervisor Purchasing

Make purchase of company needs that must be purchased (goods and service)

Managing purchase request to purchase order process and get the supplier confirmation by return refer to the requested delivery

Distributes purchasing information to involve parties, vendor, sales, and employee

Review and evaluate purchase request from for accuracy and completeness

Gather, record, and completes purchase data

Completed other related project as assigned

Draf and or review supply and service specification

Evaluate bids, ensuring compliance eith departemental and company policies and procedures

Understanding ISO 9001-2015

Follow up for import process

Maintaining good relations vendor

Invoice, purchase order, work order, and invoice documentation

Ensuring the items ordered arrive at the scheduled time

Etc

Male up to 35 years old

Minimum has three years of working experience in related field

Min S1 from any discipline preferable from industrial engineering

Good communication skill fluent in English (Writing, Speaking, Listening)

Strong supervisor and leadership skill

Strong in negotiation, analytical, and problem solving skill

Have high integrity

Good attitude able to work with team

Understand export-import is preferable
