What you'll do:

- Manage Operations QA and Business Process streams.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance quality in each of our contact channels.
- Liaise with other stakeholders within operations to fine tune business processes based on QA findings.

What you'll need:

- Having 2-3 years of customer service experience.
- Have a minimum 2 years of experience in leading the QA team.
- Proven track records as Quality Assurance professional.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiar with QA methodologies.
- Focus on quality and customer service.
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer experience.
