We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role **Supervisor Transfer Agent**
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist to supervise RTA (Register Transfer Agency) team in HSBC Fund Services to ensure smooth operations in order to deliver highest service standard and to ensure compliance with existing local.
- Ensure all transaction instructions are inputted, reconciled and settled correctly.
- Ensure contents of all reports are accurate for submission on time to the Fund Manager and Selling Agent and Investors.
- Proactively work to meet and whenever possible, exceed customers' expectations by providing real added value to clients to increase Investor Services market share in the funds industry & maintain good relationship and develop high level of services standard for Clients.
Qualifications
**To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements**:
- Education background in any major S1
- Preferable have background of working in Capital Market industry
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in TA
- Good teamwork
- Able to work under tight timeline
- Good with numbers, meticulous and good attention to details
- Excellent with Microsoft Office is a must
