**Supplier Quality Specialist**
Quality & Compliance Management of Direct Material Suppliers in Indonesia and Philippines.
This position reports into Senior Supplier Quality Engineer and is based at K-link Tower, Jakarta, Indonesia.

**What You Will Do**
The position is responsible for:
The Supplier Quality Specialist is responsible for Quality & Compliance management of Direct Material suppliers in Indonesia and Philippines. To ensure compliance with applicable regulations, Kenvue quality guidelines, standards, and procedures. Partnership with sourcing and cross functional team to develop strategy to build and improve supplier's quality systems to prevent & reduce risk of quality issues.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Supplier GMP/Quality Audits planning, and coordination related to projects.
- Rolling out Global & regional quality initiatives (e.g., SQE2 /Technical Assessment initiatives).
- Oversight and management of Change Approval or Non-conformance Management & Investigation Approval.
- Working with Strategic sourcing team on sourcing strategy and its implementation for the ongoing projects
- Act as quality support for Business Continuity Projects and Gross Profit Improvement projects.
- New Supplier selection, qualification & approval and certification.
- Monthly Supplier Quality Performance reporting.
- Managing or conducting supplier training.
- Dealing with supplier development activities by means of following up audit findings, gap assessments and coaching the supplier.
- Support relevant team (RMC, MS&T, GP) to connect with supplier on halal supporting document request
**Qualifications**:
***What We Are Looking For**
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Science/Pharmacy/Engineering.
- Experience: 3-4 years (in Quality function will be beneficial)
- Experience in Audit management
- Strong leadership/ Management Skill, business communication, urgency in time, collaboration,
- complexity/change handling, negotiation, good analytical skill/logical thinking.
- High level proficiency in English - both written and verbal.
- Good knowledge of Computer System Packages (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Willing to travel frequently
