**About The Role**

The Supply and Demand Planner will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of effective inventory planning strategies. This role requires a keen analytical mindset, attention to detail, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal stock levels for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inventory planning - Define and monitor safety stock targets for assigned product portfolio. Includes calculation, proposals and maintenance of safety stock targets.
- Demand forecasting - Assist in the creation of accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and client input.
- Order Placement - Generate and manage purchase orders to replenish stock, considering lead times, demand forecasts, and inventory turnover targets.
- Stock Allocation - Work closely with Clients and Key Account Managers to allocate stock appropriately, ensuring products are available to meet customer demand.
- Risk Management - Identify potential inventory risks and propose mitigation strategies to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Account Management - Work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as clients, ecommerce team, warehouses team to ensure sufficient capacities to meet supply & demand requirements

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years in inventory planning, supply chain management, or a related role within the ecommerce industry.
- Experience in ecommerce agency is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
