**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their supply chain challenges, business objectives, and goals.
- Conduct thorough assessments and analyses of existing supply chain processes, systems, and workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas of improvement within the supply chain operations.
- Develop and present actionable recommendations, strategies, and solutions to optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
- Design and implement supply chain improvement initiatives, which may include process reengineering, inventory management enhancements, demand forecasting improvements, and more.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of recommended solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on supply chain technologies, systems, and tools that can drive operational excellence.
- Create and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation to convey findings, strategies, and progress to clients and senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management.
- Support business development efforts by participating in client meetings, proposals, and presentations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain consulting, process improvement, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, procurement, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
- Familiarity with supply chain technologies, software, and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
