Overview:
The role is responsible to lead and drive operation control governance of the Indonesia supply chain. This role will also support operation and partnering with operation team for full manufacturing operation, logistic, and agro.
**Responsibilities**:
- Effectively drives the Control agenda for entire Plant finance by providing timely, accurate and effective information including SKU wise profitability analysis, key plant performance KPI's and various analysis focused on cost rationalizations to the Operations Leadership team.
- Custodian of company policies and procedures, performing the role of financial steward by maintaining a strong control environment, effectively leading a remote team to ensure higher engagement levels and providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) advice to key stakeholders (Agro, Production and Supply Chain).
- Error Free timely reporting to Head Office including details Balance Sheet Reviews for Plant financials.
- Enhancing proportionate ownership for all key processes at plant and also ensures sustained execution of key controls. Supporting Controller and Internal Control Manager in effective Risk Assessment workshops and robust key control testing and remediation of failures.
- Primary liaison for communication and updates or resolution of key accounting, reporting and control issues between MU and Operation team (SC, Agro, Quality and GP).
- Coordinate with Supply chain to prepare recons costing variances and ensure balances reflected are correct. (COGS, MOH, Product costing).
- Supporting SAP CO implemention (product costing, inventory management and Agro management).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, CA or CPA qualification; statutory accounting experience preferred.
- At least 5 years post qualification experience of which at least 2 years should be in Operation Controller position with experience of managing a team of minimum 3 staff or more accounting and management roles.

- Solid analytical/functional skills. Ability to connect the dots/see the big picture without losing sight of details.
- Good knowledge of local statutory law, local banking, system/ network, corporate financial requirements.
- Confident to work independently.
- Proficient in English: Listening, Speaking and writing.
- Computer literacy e.g. SAP, Concur, Blackline, HFM.
- Change management experience coupled with good analytical abilities.
- Ability to establish clear responsibilities for action against clear priorities.
