**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order processing, acting as the point of contact for internal communication.
- Ensure that client orders are processed within the company's standard timescales.
- Maintain and improve client satisfaction by adhering to effective fulfillment and logistics policies and standard operating procedures.
- Manage all reporting related to the Operations Department, providing updates to management as required.
- Develop contractual relationships with overseas partners, global sea and air freight carriers.
- Deal directly with sea freight carriers to obtain the best-rated and fastest lead times for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Implement an efficient process to provide operations with immediate shipping rates for sales orders.
- Track all inbound and outbound shipments worldwide to ensure smooth delivery within project deadlines.
- Maintain a highly organized log of all shipments globally from start to finish.
- Provide clients with service delivery updates on all orders within the cycle of every calendar day.
- Ensure quality control over the outcome of cross-functional teams.
- Review and maintain sale contracts to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in the relevant major.
- 1+ years of experience as an Fulfillment/Client Service Delivery professional with an International Logistics environment.
- Experience in customer relationship management to international clients, project management, logistics and quality control is required.
- Possess strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Able to work from home and must have a stable internet connection.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

**Salary**: From Rp10,000,000 per month
