Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as Supply Chain Development Manager you will be responsible to identify, synthesize, describe with business case, sell and implement Supply Chain development opportunities in order to constantly improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Supply Chain. This position specifically addresses cross-functional processes and ensuring the implementation of continuous excellence and improvement in SC Organization

**A day of life of**
- Drive internal and external benchmarking on Supply Chain Best Practices and performance
- Provide visibility and regular updates on emerging trends in Business Supply Chains and supporting technology
- Set up and ensure implementation of Supply Chain development opportunities and projects as a result of translating challenges in Supply Chain Best Practices, analysis of Supply Chain performance or trends in Supply Chain.
- Ensure projects drive efficiency in the identified areas and integrate with other functions by:

- Steering, leading or participating in Supply Chain development projects
- Identifying the workplan, organizing and mobilizing the appropriate experts
- Nestlé Supply Chain function's viewpoint be effectively represented in internal cross-functional working groups or projects, as well as in working groups of Industry bodies.
- Instill End to End Supply Chain approach within the organization by effectively communicating to all stakeholders
- Drive Continuous Improvement Implementation in Supply Chain

**What makes you successful?**
- Relevant & successful operational experience at market / business level of supply chain areas.
- Experience in Project work and Project Management
- Experience working outside of home market, experience in dealing/working with 3rd party service providers (e.g. Logistics, co-manufacturing) experience in dealing/working with/for Customers or Suppliers (Distributors, Retailers, Suppliers, etc.), experience in LEAN deployments
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter and showing initiative
- Good team player (can work well in cross-functional team)
- Embodies and shows real passion and enthusiasm to succeed
- Consensus building qualities necessary to relentlessly crusade for change
