Job Description Perform all daily operational activities of import/export shipments which includes execution of shipments, follow-up on documentation, permits, invoicing to customers, vendor invoicesEnsure all import/export processes are carried out timelyPrepare sales, shipping, LC negotiation, insurance and other documents in compliance with customer requirements and import/export regulations.Co-ordinate with suppliers, customers, shipping/forwarding agencies, insurance companies and banks.Perform inventory management and delivery planningRequirement Possess a minimum of Diploma in Supply ChainInexperienced candidates who are keen and possess a strong interest in supply chain management are welcome to apply (Training will be provided)Maximum 3 years of supply chain experience in the shipping or manufacturing industryPleasant and mature personality with strong customer service skillsComfortable to do heavy data entries and documentationExcellent communication skills in English and Mandarin Listening/Writing/Speaking is essential to handle stakeholders.Able to multitask and work independently with minimum supervision
