Create and send Shipping Instructions to the supplier
Sending Shipping Instructions to the forwarder
Create a Commercial Invoice to the supplier
Checking CI, and PL with the supplier
Confirming vessel schedule with forwarder
Checking BL with forwarder in Singapore/Indonesia
Sending CI, PL, BL, and HS CODE lists to the forwarder to create PIB
Prepare supporting import document
Ask the Accounting Department to pay the tax after the forwarder has sent the billing response
Waiting for BPN from the Accounting Department
Send BPN to the forwarder
Waiting for SPPB from forwarder
Instruct the forwarder to deliver the goods to the Warehouse
Create DO
Create IN and OUT and input the data on an Excel sheet
Prepare the POSTEL label
Create a transfer item and input the data in an Excel file
