You'll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world.Your 'day to day'- The Program Manager will partner with Global Supply Chain and IT team to lead projects within strategic initiatives, including establishin plan, design and deliver agains project deliverables and milestones.- Oversees group of Supply Chain projects and manage a team of Process Engineers who act as Project Manager/Lead for various projects to establish and manage project schedules, budgets, goals. Facilitate communication across different projects and cross-functional teams.- Responsible for leading supply chain process analysis, contribute in efficiency & sustainability of the overall processes and activities. "Who we're looking for- We look for Master Supply chain & MBA knowledge or related field- Fluent in written and spoken English- Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills are essential- 5 - 10 years experience in change and project management.
