Supply Chain Solution (Scs) Staff

Create and prepare shipping documents (Bill of Lading) and other related documents (FCR)
- On time submission of Document/Final Data to carrier or NVO
- Sending Pre-Alert/Shipping Advice to overseas agent.
- Compiling document, follow up invoice, Faktur Pajak from NVO/Carrier.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into operating system
- Maximum 25 years old
- Minimum Diploma's degree from any major, from related background (Transport Management is preferred) or relevant work experience
- Having experience in handling shipping documents export at least for 1 year will be a good advantage
- Having knowledge of manifest, export regulations and export process
- Focus, Detail-oriented
- Comprehends ocean export procedures
- Familiar with using Excel formulas (vlookup & pivotable)
- Good attitude and good communication
- Good at both spoken and written English
- Able to work individually or in a team
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Workplace : Sunter, North Jakarta
