Supply Coordinator Intern

- Sourcing and purchasing materials to suppliers (merchants, distributors, and principals)
- Ensuring product availability to the supplier
- Ensuring product information (item, product, price, and stock) is updated in admin tools
- Liaising with suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery times
- Ensuring timely delivery of products to customers
- Own product & pricing verification in B2B projects and supply to Toko Bangunan
- Independently solve problems for partners and clients by developing innovative and tailored solutions
- Build strong relationships with suppliers (merchants, distributors, and principals)

**Qualifications**
- Undergraduate students from Civil Engineering or Architecture degree (preferably in late semester or fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Understanding of basic materials in construction
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (excel)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to details
