Supply Planner Staff

Plan and manage and distribute the supply of cold items to outlets.

Coordinate with Warehouse Logistics and outlets to ensure smooth cold item supply.

Assist outlets with cold item bulk orders and events.

Review and adjust supply plans based on freezer capacity.

Update stock and records.

Generate WIP shipments to outlets based on schedules.

Create PR templates manually.

Coordinate with Outlets team regrading WIP stocks

Resolve Out of Stock (OOS) issues and menu discontinuations.

Monitor stock accuracy.

Participate in weekly meetings.

Calibrate WIP levels at outlets.
Have experience handling warehouses.

Experience in F&B or Startup Company

Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes

Creative problem-solving, a strategic and critical thinker

Team player

Good time-management skills
