Surveyor Car Appraisal (Purwokerto)

Conduct visits and surveys to customers and collect required documentation to check customer eligibility.- Thoroughly analyzing collateral condition (car or vehicle) and giving recommendations in system on the car appraisal.- Commit to the target number of visits as well as committed to SLA processing time.- Performing know-your-customer (KYC) process, document authentication, verification, and fraud detection.- Inspect and swipe the frame machine number of car (validity checking) and safely take the original BPKB to do blocking in administration service office (Samsat).- Ensuring all the documents and checking verification has completed with a good quality report.**Requirements**:- At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from reputable university.- Having experience minimum of 1 - 2 years as a surveyor/appraisal/analyst in financial institution.- Possess good knowledge of car condition (body, engine, interior, and exterior).- Able to work under target in field.- Having experience in credit or lending companies will be good.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude.- Ready to work on weekends or after office hours.
