An esteemed telecommunications giant in Indonesia reflecting their strategic vision to innovate and reshape financial technology within the Indonesian market. SVP- Head of ERP Fin -Sys Transformation is responsible to Provide support related to ERP Finance System for all finance activities
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Strategic Planning
- Translate the Company and Group Vision, Mission and Strategy into group work plan.
- Provide and clarify group objectives for the team.
- Establish group KPI based on organizational scorecard and cascaded down the teams.
- Manage group budget based on work-plan, team members allocation and control the utilization/realization of it.
- In order to ensure group operates on budget and help contribute to organizational goals.
- ERP Finance System
- System support for Consolidation report.
- System support for any interface systems connected to ERP.
- System support for user authorization within ERP System.
- Support and coordinate ERP System enhancements.
- Support for Risk Management within CFO Directorate
- Monitor and ensure all new transactions comply with Accounting Standard.
- Monitor and ensure all new transactions comply with Indosat Level of Authority (LOA)
- To ensure all new standard issuance are implemented.
- Ensure ERP Systems (Finance Module) running well properly.
- In order to ensure ERP Finance System operates complying with organizational objectives.
- Team Management
- Develop and mentor team member(s) to achieve group objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, make recommendations to supervisor and implement actions, such as promotions and dismissals
- Work with HR team to create the succession plan for the function/ organization and attract, motivate and retain top talent to ensure alignment with the plan
- In order to ensure talents are attracted, retained developed to meet organizational needs.
- External Relation
- Liaise as a company representative for external parties according to its related function.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 15 years of managerial experience & 10 years of experience preferred in ERP Finance
- Min of Bachelor degree or higher in Accounting, Business, Finance or Equivalent
- Sound knowledge in macro-economic, telecommunication market, industry, and technology fields
- Strong knowledge in telecommunication business
- Strong knowledge in financial modeling
- Having knowledge of ERP Finance System, Business Process & Accounting Standard
- Having knowledge of Project Management, Risk Management & Resource Management
- Having verbal and written communication, including strong negotiation, presentation and report writing skills
- Demonstrated ability to form sound working relationships with wide range of staff
- Demonstrated ability to work under limited direction and use initiative and judgement; and
- Flexibility and adaptability in order to work under pressure and meet short and long term deadlines.
