- Identifying and addressing operational, financial and technological risks within the business
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

- Create a good communication bridge between SME, Product Owner and the Development team to create an effective environment
- Produce Technical Specification Document based on Product Backlog Refinement
- Prepare, revise, review and maintain technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing and user documentation
- Gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality
- Write, format, edit, review and proof procedural and technical information for technical and non-technical users
- Assist in planning, scheduling and tracking documentation work to meet product release dates and client deliverables
- Publish and maintain templates for written documentation produced by others (technical specifications, RFP responses, etc), ensuring a consistent "look and feel

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience working as Business Analyst/Product Manager in banking domain
- Experience working in Agile model, writing user stories, doing product backlog management
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Attention to details
- Good communication and interpersonal skills & deep understanding of technology and business processes
