Must have 5 years experience as System Analyst

- Have experience with SCRUM Method and SRS (Software Requirements Specifications) is a must
**Key responsibilities**:
- Responsible for analyzing, designing, developing and implementing information systems or software to support the company's business goals
- As a bridge between the management team, the product team and the technical team. Focuses on understanding business needs, evaluating available technologies, and designing effective information technology solutions.
- Analyze business data and information to assist management in making strategic decisions regarding the Software Requirement System (SRS)
- Create software requirements specifications to develop a Software Requirement System (SRS).
- Analyze the company's business needs through the Software Requirement System (SRS), including systematic analysis of business processes and technical requirements.
- Translating user needs into information system design solutions.
- Create and update technical documentation, the results of the information system development design to be used as guidelines by the development team
- Design and develop requirements specifications to meet Product Feasibility Study requirements and provide system use training to stakeholders.
- Ensure the suitability of the information system design with the technical capabilities of the team, as well as ensuring the development of information system functionality by user needs

- 5 years' experience in Software Engineering project planning with multiple stakeholders & using SCRUM method.
- Have good communication skills.
- Able to work with tribe system and familiar with SRS (Software Requirements Specification) Living Document.
- Understand the DIKTI & Kemendikbud journey, the latest policies & educational regulations would be a plus.
