System & Business Process Analyst

Analyze existing systems and business processes, identifying opportunities for enhancement and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct user training sessions to facilitate smooth transitions and increased user proficiency.
- Develop detailed BPR flowcharts and SOPs to communicate process changes effectively.

- Max 35 Years old
- Associates's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in System Analysis, Business Analysis, or Application Implementation.
- Showcase expertise in business process re-engineering, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate your ability to train individuals and engage with end-users, ensuring seamless adoption of new processes.
- Exhibit skill in crafting BPR flowcharts and Standard Operating Procedures, contributing to comprehensive process documentation.
- Knowledge of Tower Business will be a significant advantage in this role.

Pay: Rp11,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per month
