PT. MASTERSYSTEM INFOTAMA (MSI) was established in July 1994. Through the long journey, Mastersystem has developed into one of the leading ICT infrastructures providers and dominates not only the enterprise banking market in Indonesia, but also in oil and gas, enterprise and telecommunication industry.
Headquartered in Jakarta, MSI has branch office in Surabaya, East Java. MSI has more than 400 employees now with the majority are certified professionals.

Daily service request of server, storage & vmware activity
Daily monitoring & check based on SOP to prevent & predict the problem on devices.
Create report Preventive Maintenance & Corrective Maintenance
Manage and monitor installed systems and infrastructure
Responsible for documenting, submitting, and executing changes
Manages capacity reporting and monitoring to ensure successful service delivery
Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
Onsite support 24x7 (shifting) at customer site
Perform diagnostics, and troubleshooting tasks and eligibility to participate in 24x7 on-call
Male / bachelor's degree from Comp Science / electrical engineering/ informatics engineering (Min GPA. 3.0).
Having strong knowledge/experience in Server and Storage HPE,Dell, IBM etc
Having strong knowledge with Operating System Windows and Linux.
Having good knowledge Networking technologies
Having knowledge/experience with VMware Datacenter Virtualization will be advantages
Having experience min 1 year in same field.
Fluently in English.
Must have Good Communication skills.
Max 28 years old
Willing to work in shift
