System Engineer

About Work Position:We are looking for a dedicated System Engineer to join our team and give exceptional technical assistance to clients regarding our products and services.- Responsibilities/Jobdesc:1. Provide technical assistance to clients on products & services offered by company.2. Provide guidance to clients on the products & services offered by company.3. Checking and correcting errors related to hosting and related services (Windows & Linux).4. Monitor server performance.5. Ensure the server is running at optimum performance.6. Reply to customers via Helpdesk.- Requirements:- At least 1 years experiences of working in a related field is required for this position- Understanding of Linux system operation- Understand the concept of server administration with Linux- Have good understanding in Hosting and Domain will be an advantage.- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)- Have good communication and be able to work under pressure- Able to work with teams as well as individually- Can analyze server problems- Willing to work shifting schedule and capable to work during night shifts as needed.- Working Conditions:- Willing to relocate to Jogja.- Work From Home allowed (after the probationary period) with limited quotas per year.Application Question(s):- How many years of your experience as System Engineer?- How many salary do you expected?- Do you experience in Linux Administration?
