System Engineer

About Work Position:
We are looking for a dedicated System Engineer to join our team and give exceptional technical assistance to clients regarding our products and services.
- Responsibilities/Jobdesc:
1. Provide technical assistance to clients on products & services offered by company.

2. Provide guidance to clients on the products & services offered by company.

3. Checking and correcting errors related to hosting and related services (Windows & Linux).

4. Monitor server performance.

5. Ensure the server is running at optimum performance.

6. Reply to customers via Helpdesk.
- Requirements:

- At least 1 years experiences of working in a related field is required for this position
- Understanding of Linux system operation
- Understand the concept of server administration with Linux
- Have good understanding in Hosting and Domain will be an advantage.
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- Have good communication and be able to work under pressure
- Able to work with teams as well as individually
- Can analyze server problems
- Willing to work shifting schedule and capable to work during night shifts as needed.
- Working Conditions:

- Willing to relocate to Jogja.
- Work From Home allowed (after the probationary period) with limited quotas per year.
