System Trainer

**Deskripsi Pekerjaan**
- Providing clients about training and assistance for implementing CRM & Call Center systems
- Supporting CRM & Call Center users
- Providing direction, input, and consultation about how to use CRM & Call Center systems, based on client SOPs
- Preparing CRM & Call Center system training modules based on client needs

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology or a related field preferred
- Having related working experience in CRM / ERP & Call Center for 1 year
- Strong management and public speaking skill
- Mastering product & system knowledge
- Passionate in Training and Development
- Highly motivated, independent and high integrity
- Willing to be placed in Daan Mogot

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu

Gaji: Rp5.000.000 - Rp7.000.000 per bulan

Kemampuan Bekerja Jauh dari Rumah/Pindah Rumah:

- Jakarta: Melakukan pulang-pergi kerja dengan jarak yang jauh tanpa mengganggu kinerja atau berencana pindah tempat tinggal sebelum mulai bekerja (Diwajibkan)
