Key Responsibilities- Acquiring Talents: Manage end-to-end recruitment, focusing on Creative, Media, and Digital Marketing talents from entry to mid-level positions.ATS Management: Maintain compliance and manage recruitment activities through the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).- Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize data to optimize recruitment strategies and track metrics for better outcomes, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.-
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Contribute to ad-hoc projects at both country and regional levels.

A bit about you- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition. Experience in hiring Tech/SaaS roles would be preferred.- Familiarity with sourcing methods and recruitment metrics.- Proactive mindset with the ability to think beyond traditional recruitment methods.- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to recruitment.-
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
