**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively source and identify top talent through various channels (online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks).
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sourcing strategies for the Southeast Asia region.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent.
- Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian recruitment landscape.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required. Familiarity with other Southeast Asian languages is a bonus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, resourceful, and with a strong work ethic.

Pay: Rp4,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
