Talent Acquisition Associate

**Responsibilities**:

- Work Closely and Report Directly to the Founder / CEO of the company
- Own the end-to-end of the talent acquisition process
- Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
- Devise and carry out targeted research strategies
- Map role criteria, define position description, and document specifications
- Make final hiring decisions and design competitive offer packages
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven working experience as Talent Acquisition Manager / HR Manager - minimum 5 years of working experience of which 3 must be in HR Talent Acquisition functions
- People-oriented and results-driven
- have a good business acumen
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to execute strategy along with leadership skills
- Someone from Edutech company or mixed experience with corporate & startup will be a great profile
