About the Role It's said that a company is only as great as the people who embody the organization's mission. As a TABP, you will be an instrumental player in an Indonesia-wide recruitment program that is in charge of finding the best talents to join our family and drive Gojek to greater heights. Collaborating with our leads across the country, you will help define staffing needs and enhance the current recruiting plan. More specifically, you will drive the recruiting strategy for the teams in charge of taking our products to market: Operations, Sales, Analytics among many others. \n What You Will DoDevelop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needsOwn and drive the intake meeting, interview team kick-off, & debrief process for candidatesTake ownership of the entire recruitment process, from sourcing, pipeline management, screening, assessment & interviewing, salary proposal and offer managementBuild sustainable talent pipelines in niche areas to support future and current needs of the businessCreate and maintain relationships with other business and HR functions through strategic partnershipsDevelop and maintain strong networking relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sourcesLead at least one project in recruitment that impacts the wider team and its impact What You Will NeedAt least 3 years of relevant work experience (in a corporate recruiter capacity, preferably in an in-house company)Proven success in recruiting and sourcing for a variety of roles in a fast-paced environmentProven track record of recruiting for varying levels of talentStrong relationship management and consultative skills (with candidates, hiring managers and key business partners); ability to influence, inform, and negotiateExperience working on applicant tracking systems, sourcing, recruiting data & recruiting toolsDemonstrated ability to design, implement, and leverage talent acquisition to help drive measurable business resultsStrong adaptability, interpersonal, and problem-solving capabilities to deal with human-facing issues, understand the needs of the company, and provide quick and effective solutions
