**Reports To: Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Team Lead**
**Role Purpose**:Your main focus will be to manage talent acquisition process and assist in implementing Employer Branding strategy to ensure hiring SLA are kept on track
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Manage the whole Talent Acquisition process
- Collaborating with hiring managers and building strong relationships
- Manage Employer Branding Social Media activities
- Ideation & execution for weekly content on LinkedIn that will be suitable for our audience
- Manage Internal & External Employee Engagement activities and events
- Ensure onboarding/offboarding activity conducted appropriately
**Experience and Qualifications Required**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Management
- Min. 1-2 years in experience in HR
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly proficient in English at a professional level
- Creative mind
- High drive for results
- Resourceful and have high initiative
- High attention to details
