Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Section Head

Plan and strategize the effective & efficient talent acquisition process
- Develop Talent Pipeline to prepare and fulfill vacant position based on organization needs
- Create and develop talent acquisition dashboard and analyze the process, also coordination with hiring manager to update the progress
- Build and develop employer branding strategy align within culture program and organization needs
- Develop and create collaboration with university to get the potential talent
- Lead and manage Talent Acquisition and Branding team to achieve the goals

**Requirements**:

- At least have 3-5 years of working experience in Recruitment, Employer Branding field
- Have a good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in Psychology Test and Report
- Initiative and Eager to Learn New Things
- Work Location **:Karawaci, Tangerang**
