Talent Acquisition Executive

We are currently looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist who responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees, all while factoring in the long-term goals of an organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
- Updated database & talent acquisition report

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any filed with min. GPA 3.00
- 1-2 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Available join ASAP and willing to be placed at Pluit, North Jakarta

**Salary**: Rp5,500,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruitment: 1 year (preferred)
