**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for handling end to end recruitment process in find and fulfil the fit talent of the organization needs
- Working closely with Hiring Managers to fulfil their request and understand their needs
- Working closely to other HR function regarding to the recruitment process
- Managing recruitment tracking and utilize the system in order to accurate and on time report submission
- Responsible of all recruitment administration
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology major in any reputable university
- Min. 1 year experience as recruiter for handling junior to above positions in various function
- Having exposure and understanding of startup industry is preferably
- Proven track record of successfully closing positions in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation
- Target oriented and having experience to work with SLA
- Fluent in English is a must
