**About the Role**: -Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs
Advertise jobs internally and externally
Keep track and prepare reports of open positions, hiring funnel, turnover rate, and headcount requisition from hiring managers

**Requirements**:
Bachelor in Psychology or a relevant field
-Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
-Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
-A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
-Proven ability to manage complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
-Have excellent communication and time management skills
