1. Undergraduate students from any major, preferably in the final semester

2. Have exposure in the recruitment and employer branding field is preferred

3. Strong communication and collaboration skills

4. Creative and analytical thinker, adept at managing stakeholders across various divisions

5. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
