In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:- Direct the organization's recruitment activities to ensure the best selection for each role and the recruitment process is conducted efficiently, economically and in accordance with the organization's policies and standards.- Prepare job postings, specifications for recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization's recruitment standards.- Respond to inquiries about the organization's recruitment activities and status of job vacancies. Conduct employee orientation and introductory training to new employees for quick integration into the organization.- Liaise with managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies that are appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the organization's overall HR strategy.- Evaluate external labor market conditions and internal employee turnover trends to recommend changes to the organization's recruitment strategies.- Adapt existing recruitment activities to changing market conditions.
