**_As a Talent Acquisition & People Partner _**each day, you'll be**
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent, focusing on employer branding efforts to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices and market trends.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and implement people's initiatives that support organizational goals and drive employee engagement and retention..
**What we would like you to have**
- Minimum of 4 years of Talent Acquisition & Employer branding experience, with experience in a startup environment, and a proven track record of recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy individual with the ability to adapt to new technologies and recruitment tools.
- HR certification is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required
