If you're interested, please apply.Manage end to end recruitment lifecycle; sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees in a companyDefine, suggest, and execute creative recruiting strategies to ensure a quick and efficient recruitment life-cycle flowSupport succession planning and talent strategy in the effort to identify future talent needs and proactively recruit and source; develop talent pool or social engagementsPartner with Hiring Managers to decipher corporate strategies into clear talent requirement needsInitiate employer branding or any other talent attraction program and actively build a company networkServe as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events to spread talent pool and build network and relationships with stakeholders
