Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract)

Collaborate with Business HR (BHR) and Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs, implement recruitment strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all divisions
- Manage offer process, including negotiation and onboarding coordination
- Ensure compliance to country employment laws and Abbott policies and practices for applicant tracking compliance and reporting metrics.
- Assist and/or lead TA projects in the region as assigned.

**Requirements/Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in any scientific discipline
- Preferred proven expertise in Talent Acquisition with FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Diagnostic, or Medical Devices industries.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Workday
- Excellent communication and strong stakeholder management skills
