Requirements:- Female/male, max 35yo- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology- Min 3 yrs experience in recruitment/talent acquisition- Hands-on with full-cycle of recruitement process, psychotest tools, evaluation/assesment methods & interview techniques- Eager to understand roles & responsibilities of each position within organizations- Able to attend for offline Test & Interview- Willing to do recruitment in each branches of Orient Group**Responsibilities**:- Identify staffing needs- Do the cycle of recruitment process, and provide MPP in time, as KPI setting.- Keep updated on trend of recruitment- Lead employer branding initiatives- Establish good cooperation with institutions/ schools/ universitiesJenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuGaji: Rp6.000.000 - Rp8.000.000 per bulan
