Identify great talents for potential needs in the company
- Keep track and prepare reports of open positions, hiring funnel, turnover rate, and headcount requisition from hiring managers
- Participate in a variety of HR projects

**Qualifications**
- Having 1 year of experience in Recruitment, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Have excellent communication and time management skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changes
- Proactive, ambitious, and persistent
- Recruiting knowledge on banking, insurance, and/or other fintech industry will be a plus
