**We are looking for someone with**:
- Minimum bachelor's degree from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years' experience as Talent Acquisition in Financial Services Industry
- Experience in managing high volume end to end recruitment processes for professional positions in a corporate multinational environment
- Ability to hunt for talent in the external market place using multiple sourcing channels including social media and social networking to identify, engage and inspire passive talent
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills to be able to create a compelling narrative and sell the employee value proposition
- Strong influencing and relationship management skills related to engagement with internal and external customers, HR stakeholders, team members and external vendor partners
- Project management capabilities and familiarity with pulling together reports and presentations utilising excel and PowerPoint skills

- Create and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract strong passive and active talent to fill open positions.
- Develop an understanding of future talent requirements and succession gaps to ensure a healthy pipeline of high potential for must win battles
- Ensure all recruitment processes are fair, equitable and comply with all relevant local government regulations as well as global recruitment policies
- Build a sustainable social media presence and develop a strong digital profile to position yourself as an Manulife EVP Brand Ambassador to effectively hunt for passive talent and successfully sell Manulife career opportunities
