Talent Acquisition Specialist

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs

Determine selection criteria

Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews

Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements

Lead and execute employer branding initiatives

Responsible for ad-hoc related HR functions
Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and/or other HR functions.

Being fluent in English, both oral and written is a must.

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant major.

Familiarity with using job portals or recruitment tools across the channel.

Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.

Able to join ASAP and willing to do WFO policy.
