Talent Acquisition Specialist

Use various selection methods (screening, interviews, assignment, medical check-up, etc)- Use various sourcing methods (proactive sourcing, job boards, job fairs, etc)- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders including hiring managers, including but not limited to- Provide regular status updates to hiring managers and talent acquisition team- Provide accurate and insightful information during the offering process- Consult with the management related to executive hiring- Contribute in employer branding and continuous improvement initiatives- Bachelor degree in psychology is preferred- Min. 2 years of working experience as a talent acquisition specialist or similar role in a startup company- Preferably have an experience as HR generalist- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment- Familiar with different sourcing and selection methods- Critical thinker- Have a high ownership- Have a good problem-solving skill- Comfortable with working in a team or independently- Discipline and have a good time management skill- Good interpersonal communication skill"Waspada terhadap Modus Penipuan pada saat proses interview.
