Talent Acquisition Specialist

Details of the offer

Use various selection methods (screening, interviews, assignment, medical check-up, etc)
- Use various sourcing methods (proactive sourcing, job boards, job fairs, etc)
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders including hiring managers, including but not limited to
- Provide regular status updates to hiring managers and talent acquisition team
- Provide accurate and insightful information during the offering process
- Consult with the management related to executive hiring
- Contribute in employer branding and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor degree in psychology is preferred
- Min.
2 years of working experience as a talent acquisition specialist or similar role in a startup company
- Preferably have an experience as HR generalist
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment
- Familiar with different sourcing and selection methods
- Critical thinker
- Have a high ownership
- Have a good problem-solving skill
- Comfortable with working in a team or independently
- Discipline and have a good time management skill
- Good interpersonal communication skill
