**Job Deskripsi**
- Provide strategic leadership in Human Resources, developing and implementing initiatives aligning with overall business objectives. Guide the HR team to contribute effectively to company goals.
- Oversee talent acquisition and management processes, ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and develops top-tier talent. Manage onboarding, training, and career development programs.
- Address employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and employee benefits packages. Stay informed about industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure HR compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements.
- Drive organizational development and change management initiatives. Implement strategies to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
- Establish and maintain performance management systems, including appraisals and goal-setting. Provide coaching to managers on performance evaluation and feedback.
- Lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace. Monitor and report on DEI progress, identifying areas for improvement.
- Promote employee wellness and safety, overseeing wellness programs and safety measures. Develop and implement workplace safety policies and procedures.
- Manage the HR budget, focusing on cost control, resource allocation, and financial planning.
- Generate HR-related reports and analytics to assess program effectiveness. Utilize data for informed decision-making and recommendations.

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management.

- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities.
- Results and service-oriented with meticulous attention to detail.
- Capable of multitasking and performing well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
- Collaborative team player and builder.
- Motivational and self-driven.
- Maintains a polished and professional appearance at all times.
