ResponsibilitiesResponsible for supporting the assessment team in the end-to-end assessment process, including talent review and development of talent assessment tools.
- Requirements- Open for fresh graduate, majoring in Psychology.
- Have at least 1-year experience in talent assessment is a plus.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Have a good knowledge and interest in handling psychological tools.
- Have good analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Have good communication skill.
- Able to work under a demanding schedule and have a sense of urgency.
